Shipping Policy for Fresh Microgreens

At Micos Micro Farm, we strive to deliver the freshest microgreens possible. To expand our reach to neighboring states, we’re pleased to offer shipping outside of Utah with a $40 minimum order requirement.

Shipping Conditions

Due to the perishable nature of fresh microgreens, all out-of-state shipments are sent at the customer’s understanding that potential shipping delays may result in spoilage. By placing an order, customers agree to these conditions and acknowledge the possible risks.

Spoilage and Compensation

In the rare event of spoilage due to transit delays, we offer the following options:

• Store Credit: Equal to the purchase value of the affected items.
• Freeze-Dried Replacement: A replacement of the affected items with freeze-dried microgreens.

Please note, we are unable to issue refunds or fresh replacements for out-of-state orders experiencing spoilage.
